Free delivery
You can offer free delivery for your customers by setting up a free delivery option in either your general or a custom delivery profile.
Free delivery in general profile
To offer free delivery for all your products at a specific weight range, you can set up a free delivery option in your general delivery profile. If your customers reach the minimum order weight you've set, they will be able to select the free delivery option at checkout.

This will result in free delivery for all products in the cart associated with the general profile if global weight reaches at least 1kg.
Free delivery in custom profile
If you want to offer free delivery for specific products, you can create a custom delivery profile with a free delivery option :
- by setting the final weight price range to 0
- or by setting both the single item price and additional item price to 0
You can then assign this profile to the products you want to offer free delivery or hand delivery for.
Please note that if you set up a free delivery option in a custom profile, the free delivery option will only be available for products associated with this profile. If a customer adds products with different delivery profiles to their cart, delivery fees will still apply.
